However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is the case, you may return any items within 30 days of receipt, provided that they adhere to our return policy. This means that the item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, and must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and liners attached. Underwear must be tried on over your own underwear, and the item must not be a gift box, personal product, hosiery, adhesive product, or body care product.
